What currency are the items displayed in, and where are you located?
All items are priced in Singapore dollars. We’re based in Singapore.
Why are your prices so low?
1. Our business is purely online, thus we do not have high operating costs of a physical shop.
2. Our excellent relationships and high volumes with our suppliers.
Therefore, we are able to pass on the savings to you.
Can I self collect?
We do not provide self collection for customers. However, we do offer free courier delivery in Singapore for orders above certain amount, as shown on our Web site.
For smaller orders, our courier delivery in Singapore is as low as S$3.99, which is probably cheaper than your 2-way transportation, and saves you the hassle of carrying these heavy items home.
Can I pay cash?
We do not accept cash payment. However, we do accept payment by bank transfer or credit card.
Your credit card transaction is directly processed and secured by Stripe. We cannot see or retain your credit card information.
For corporate and bulk orders, we also accept cheques. Please note that the cheque must be cleared into our bank account before we process the order.
How long does it take to receive my items?
Under normal circumstances, your order will be processed and shipped out within 1 to 2 business days.
After your order is collected by the courier, you will usually receive it within 1 to 2 business days.
How do I know my order has been processed and shipped?
After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details.
What if no one is at home to receive my order?
If no one is home, you can always contact the courier to redeliver at an agreed date and time slot.
Can I order by phone, e-mail or messaging?
Do you accept orders outside of Singapore?
