At SavvyCub, we want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with a product and need to return it, we are here to assist. You may be eligible to return the item for a refund. To return an item, simply contact us for further assistance.

Returns Policy
You have up to 7 days from the time you receive your eligible item to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition when we ship it out. Your item must also be in the original packaging with the proof of purchase. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on every item returned. Delivery fee is to be borne by the customer.
Upon inspection, if the item is deemed to be used or damaged during delivery, SavvyCub reserves the rights to reject the returned item.
Refunds Policy
Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Once the inspection is completed and your refund is approved, it will be issued within 7 business days, excluding delivery fees.
Refund will be processed via the same payment method used for purchasing the item.
And we will not be responsible for the bank and payment processor charges or forex exchange differences if applicable.
